SERVICE DESIGN
I started practicing service design around 2020. The first project was an experience economy design centered on farmers and orchards in my hometown. From September 2021 to the summer of 2023, I am studying for a master's degree in service design at the Royal College of Art in London, and have experienced various projects during these two years. Here is a snapshot to show what they look like.
Achieving Compliance & Engagement.
Applying service design to ACE, helping deliver in real-time their mission, supporting people on probation.
Highlights: Justice System, Prison & Probation, Design semantics inside the public sector;
Embrace, Release & Sustain.
This is an over six-month, critical, exploratory project around closure narratives, off-boarding experiences, stuffed toys, and sustainability.
Rebuild & Revive, Optimization of A Funding Program for Homeless People.
The goal of this project is to ensure that member development opportunities at Crisis are easily accessible and well-delivered.
Access & Explore, A More Playable Community Driven by Games.
The task is to create a vision of play services (incorporating adventure playgrounds) for the future of londoners and London Boroughs.
An Innovative Parenting Course Specific to CPV.
We envision that it will not only yield a people-centred program, but also bring a clearer and more caring way of communication to this underexplored area.
